This property is located in WMU (7P) and is about 30 miles NE of Binghamton, New York. This hunting lease is composed of about 155 acres of woods, 2 ponds, 52 acres of cow pasture and over 30 acres of crop fields. This property lays out great for hunting. It has water, hidden fields, nice woods and great bedding areas. Landowner stated one of the best turkey properties in area and loaded with deer. The property also has a nice established trail system for ATV (see map). The turkeys are seen in crop fields and pasture frequently. The crop field edges have some beautiful big oak and some scattered apple trees around the edges. I did come across a couple logs on trail that I was able to ride around. Landowner has no issue with you cleaning trails up. The cows will be put in barn sometime in October. The big pond had some great deer sign on woods end. Great stand location. The woods is very diverse and there are some spots that have overgrown clearings full of deer sign in the golden rod. Landowner will allow you to post property. ATV use and camping are allowed for hunting purposes only. Camper only allowed for turkey and deer season. Get with landowner for parking spot if needed.
